There are a few of us who are planning on playing a round of golf on
Friday at a local golf course. If you are interested in the details and
would like to join us, please indicate number of players above.
A credit card number is required to guarantee your hotel room. You will not be prepaying the hotel. You will settle your account upon check out on September 22. Cancel notice for rooms at the Pequot must be received by 6pm day of arrival. Catering package must be paid by check and is refundable if cancelled at least 30 days prior to event.
The nightly rate at the Pequot Tower is $97.50 per person plus 12% tax, based on double occupancy. We will make your reservations for the dates you choose and secure it with your credit card. Reservations at alternate hotels within driving distance can be arranged. Please indicate your preference.
A deposit of $80.00 per person, which includes tax and service, covers the reception, dinner, and breakfast. We need your deposit by August 9. Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is received prior to August 20.
