First let us welcome you and give you a name tag so others can spot you.

We will be signing in our classmates in the patio area adjacent to the spa and pool facilities on the 9^th floor. We'll do this from noon until 7pm on Friday and also on Saturday from noon until 4:30pm when the reception begins in the Acapulco Room. Go directly to the Acapulco Room if you arrive after 4:30.

This area is open to all hotel guests, so we'll be sharing it with whoever else happens to be there. If this doesn't work out, we'll move to the Keno Lounge.

You must wear your name tag for the reception and banquet.
